Pricing FAQs

What's the minimum number of users?
The standard minimum is 5 users. However, when you bundle the Inventory Module with your subscription, the minimum drops to just 1 user—ideal for smaller teams or owner-operators managing stock.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can add or remove users at any time, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly. If you're on an annual plan, changes will be prorated. The inventory module can also be added or removed as your needs change.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No long-term contracts required. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year but come with a 10% discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments globally through secure payment partners. Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) are processed via Stripe in 135+ currencies. Direct debit is available via GoCardless in multiple regions including Australia (BECS), UK (Bacs), Europe (SEPA), USA (ACH), Canada (PAD), and more. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoice billing.
Is the 14-day trial fully featured?
Yes! Your trial includes full access to all features including the inventory module. No credit card required to start. Connect to Xero demo data or your own Xero account.
How does onboarding pricing work?
Onboarding ranges from free self-guided support to a full VIP white-glove service, depending on your needs. Our free option includes access to our knowledge base, video tutorials, and email support. For teams wanting hands-on assistance, our VIP service includes dedicated discovery calls, custom configuration, live training, and go-live support.
