Staff

• Your staff members from Xero payroll are automatically brought into Gojee
• Alternatively you can add new staff directly into Gojee and not sync this with Xero

Professions

• Create professions and assign these to your staff members.
• You can assign multiple professions to the one staff member
• Professions are used on jobs (i.e. a builder or a mechanic for example). Staff members with these professions can be assigned to complete these tasks on the job.

Scheduling

• Use gojee's inbuilt scheduling tool to efficiently and accurately allocate your jobs
• Track time of your staff members against jobs and projects
• See all your jobs in the one simple scheduler
• Employees can see all the tasks they are assigned in an agenda list for the day.

Timesheets

• Tracked time builds up into an employee's daily record and timesheet
• Timesheets can be reviewed and then sent directly to Xero to simplify your payroll. No need for double entry.
